Building Local Services Lead Gen sites is one of my favourite ways of generating recurring revenue income. Through Pay Per Lead deals with local business owners we generate a few $1000 recurring income mostly hands off.
Here is our phase 1 checklist. Please note this is always evolving so check in regularly I will do my best to keep this up to date.
Checklist (in no particular order)
- Logo (with all variations)
- RelayThat images (Workspace setup and Variations Exported)
- Website Mobile, Fast, Internal linking with KW anchors and Brand anchors, Passed website audit.
- Website URL's and Main Pages setup on AT
- NAP assigned and added on AT and Website
- Phone numbers allocated and setup to forward
- Setup GSC Google Search Console (Submit sitemap excl categories in the settings of sitemap plugin SEOPRESS)
- Setup Analytics (Conversion goals for thank-you/ page and click to call numbers)
- Quriobot added to website
- Lead automation connected
- Youtube Brand account (add links to the home page and FB, Twitter)
- Youtube video with links and NAP to home page and brand name in title etc..
- Twitter acc (create post to home page and other socials)
- Basic citations to city pages
